Chris Bazydola, Plant Manager, spent 11 years at W.L. Gore before joining Adam Spence. Prior to joining our team, he worked in manufacturing leadership in both military textiles and industrial oven fabrication. All of his roles continue to revolve around continuous improvement initiatives. Chris holds both a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Systems Analysis from Drexel University.
Jonathan Chunn, Engineering Manager, has 12 years of experience in catheter design and assembly technologies for medical device component delivery systems. Jonathan is currently responsible for managing the engineer team in bringing the development projects into commercialization.
William Li, Sr. Catheter Engineer, works closely with Sales & Marketing in new business development. William has a Master’s degree in chemical engineering with a concentration in polymer science from Stevens Institute of Technology. William has worked in the medical device industry for 22 years, 18 years of which was with W.L. Gore & Associates focusing on catheter technology and product development.
Al Brill, Senior R&D Extrusion Engineer, has worked for Adam Spence for 35 years. Al has extensive experience in medical extrusion technology. Al leads new development projects and sustains process improvements for extrusion of complex medical tubing applications. Al has experience with a wide variety of medical grade thermoplastics, including high performance thermoplastic polymers such as PEEK, fluoropolymers, and bioresorbables.
Steve Maxson, Spectrum Plastics Group, VP of Sales – Specialty Tubing. Prior to joining Adam Spence, Steve served in various leadership roles at American Kuhne for more than 15 years, most recently as Director of Global Business Development. Steve’s background combines disciplines from the fields of extrusion technology and medical device component manufacturing. Steve has authored several technical articles and has spoken at technical conferences in the U.S. and Europe on a range of topics related to medical tubing extrusion for catheters and medical devices.

Maryam Haque, Business Development Manager, has 3+ years experience in catheter and extrusion design and development. Prior to joining Adam Spence, Maryam served as the North East Technical Sales Engineer for Teleflex Medical OEM, where she demonstrated an expertise in technical project management, customer care, and growth of the North East Territory. Maryam received her Bachelors degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in material science.

Lisa Kristiansen, Inside Sales Coordinator, has over 25 years of experience in customer service within various industries. Prior to joining the Adam Spence team, Lisa led the implementation of product trial processes at a telecommunications company which involved managing new projects and offering customer technical support. Lisa has worked at Adam Spence for 3 years and is currently responsible for providing support to the outside sales team, executing quick turn quoting, and managing new and existing R&D projects.

Karen Zimbardo, Inside Sales/Customer Service, has been working in Sales at Adam Spence since 1999. She acts as a liaison between customers and our internal departments making sure that the lines of communication remain open. Also, while ensuring that quality and service exceed customer expectations. Karen strives to build trust, and strong long-term relationships with our customers.

Andy Meisner, Quality Assurance Manager, has been with WL Gore, now Adam Spence, for six years. He has 14 years of experience in the Medical Device Component Industry starting out as a Product Development Engineer (for 6 years). He moved into Quality while at Biomet where he became a Product Analysis Engineer/Complaint Investigator. From there, Andy moved onto Integra Lifesciences where he continued in Quality as a Complaint Coordinator/Investigator and the NCR Process owner. After Integra, he was hired by Gore as a QA after which Andy was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager with Adam Spence.
Cheryl Racz, Senior Compliance Specialist, spent seven years at W.L. Gore prior to the transition to Adam Spence. She has a combined 20 years of regulated industry experience having worked both in pharmaceutical and medical device components. Cheryl has Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Stockton University.
Dave Cusson, Supply Chain Manager, has been working at Adam Spence since 1988. He has worked in several of the supply chain roles over his 30-year career, and has helped implement several ERP systems and acts as a liaison to coordinate material requirements, production planning and warehouse logistics while ensuring that quality and service exceed customer expectations.
John Visconi spent the last 40 years in Operations and Information Technology Leadership within the medical and electronics industries. The last 30 years have been spent with Adam Spence/WL Gore/Fermatex in a variety of technical and operations roles. He is currently serving as Information Technology Manager.
